Acupuncture
Thin acupuncture needles are inserted into specific motor points on the face that allow tight facial muscles to relax. This is similar to Botox in the way that it relaxes muscles to reduce wrinkles. The needles are also used to activate muscles that are weak and are sagging or drooping.
Acupuncture needles are also inserted into different parts of the body like feet or hands to work on healing your body from the inside out.
This part of the treatment promotes cell turnover, boosts collagen and elastin, relaxes tight facial muscles and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.
Red Light Therapy
While the acupuncture needles are inserted, the Celluma red light therapy will also be used. The red light therapy increases blood circulation to the face which will boost collagen and promote healing in your tissues and cells.

The needles and red light therapy will last for 45 minutes, most patients find deep relaxation and like to fall asleep.

After the acupuncture needles and red light therapy have been removed, a sheet mask will be applied to your face with a microcurrent attached. The microcurrents are low voltage and match your body’s electrical output which triggers the body’s production of amino acids and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) so your skin is repairing on a cellular level.
The microcurrents stimulate cell growth and collagen development and tone your muscles for a natural lift.
